This will be information you can quickly ingest – through written and video daily lessons and simple journal prompts you can complete in your own time, at your own pace. Please don’t be intimidated by the amount of content within this 12-week course. You should be able to digest this information easily each day. If something comes up and you can’t check in on any given day, all the information will still be available!
